Taco Bell is spicing up its menu. During its Live Más LIVE event, the fast food chain announced many future launches, including the Cantina Chicken Menu. After multiple requests from fans to add more chicken options to its menu, Taco Bell has done it. This new menu highlights slow-roasted chicken infused with Mexican spices. One of the many additions to these menu items is a homemade Avocado Verde Salsa.
Starting March 21, Taco Bell lovers will be able to order five new chicken items, including the Cantina Chicken Soft Taco, Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco, Cantina Chicken Burrito, Cantina Chicken Quesadilla, and Cantina Chicken Bowl.
Before we get into these new items, Taco Bell has a surprise for its rewards members. Starting today, March 14, Taco Bell rewards members will have early access to two Cantina Chicken Menu items.
What are the two early access Cantina Chicken Menu items?
In anticipation and celebration of the Cantina Chicken Menu launch next Thursday, rewards members can start ordering the Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco and Cantina Chicken Quesadilla.
The Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco, priced at $2.99, is filled with Cantina Chicken, jalapeño sauce, and a three-cheese blend. The taco is coated with a layer of grilled cheese on the outside and served with Avocado Verde Salsa.
At almost $7 is the Cantina Chicken Quesadilla. Inside a flour tortilla is Cantina Chicken, a layer of a three-cheese blend, and chipotle sauce. The quesadilla is crisped up to perfection and also has grilled cheese on the outside. It’s served with guacamole, reduced-fat sour cream, and Avocado Verde Salsa.
Here’s another plus for rewards members: from March 21 to April 4, members will also get a free (!!!) Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco as one of the exclusive perks Taco Bell is offering.
What are the other Cantina Chicken Menu items?
Aside from the two menu items above, the following will be available at Taco Bell store locations nationwide starting March 21:
The Cantina Chicken Soft Taco, priced at $2.99, features Cantina Chicken, avocado ranch sauce, fresh iceberg lettuce, shredded purple cabbage, cheddar cheese, and pico de gallo. It’s also served with Avocado Verde Salsa.
The Cantina Chicken Burrito has a larger portion of Cantina Chicken with iceberg lettuce, shredded purple cabbage, avocado ranch sauce, chipotle sauce, cheddar cheese, pico de gallo, and Avocado Verde Salsa. The burrito costs $5.99.
Finally, the Cantina Chicken Bowl. Priced at $7.99, the bowl features seasoned rice, Cantina Chicken, black beans, iceberg lettuce, shredded purple cabbage, avocado ranch sauce, reduced-fat sour cream, pico de gallo, guacamole, cheddar cheese, and Avocado Verde Salsa.
