Bacon-Wrapped Mac and Cheese Jalapeño Poppers

Prepare the mac and cheese as directed on the box.
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Cut the bacon strips in half.
Cut the jalapeños in half and scoop out the seeds and veins.
Fill the jalapeños with mac and cheese.
Wrap the jalapeños with the half strips of bacon.
Place the poppers on a baking rack in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Note: Place a pan or some tin foil under the baking rack to catch the grease.
Serve warm and enjoy.
