I'm a Food Science with a concentration of Nutrition and Dietetics major at Clemson University. I won't be the first to tell you that avocado toast is the new black, or that breakfast food in general can and should be eaten 24/7 (in Leslie Knope's name I rejoice). College dining halls are a disgrace to culinary artist everywhere, and it is our job to repudiate the monotonous diet of ramen noodles, turkey sandwiches, and poorly made pizza (who knew there was such a thing). As a broke college student, I can find comfort in knowing "you don't need a silver fork [or in our case, a spoon] to eat good food." - Paul Prudhomme
