I am very active and enjoy doing outdoorsy things. I love lifting and fitness and also going hiking, biking, and skiing. With that being said, food is a giant part of my life. I love cooking and baking and finding ways to turn a not so healthy recipe into a healthier one. I have a food and fitness Instagram page, that is mostly food. Over the summer I posted more at home recipes that I made and different ways to incorporate protein into my fitness lifestyle such as homemade protein balls or protein mugs. Because of this, I am very into nutrition and health and would love to take on more or the healthier side of Spoon University to help people who want to get healtheir but don't know where to start with their eating habits.
