Walt Disney World is constantly introducing new food and drink items to the parks. From rose gold cupcakes to purple slushies, Disney knows how to create both trendy and tasty food and drink items that guests will enjoy. Now at Magic Kingdom, guests can try new “Incredibles”-themed eats. For the summertime, Tomorrowland is hosting the “Incredible Tomorrowland Expo” in celebration of the new “Incredibles 2” movie which is set to debut on June 15th. At this event, guests can enjoy new decorations, character interactions, and last but not least, different food items.
Here is a list of some of the ‘incredible’ delights guests can try at this summer event:
1. Super Stretchy Burger
Burger fanatics can get a taste of a new burger inspired by Mrs. Incredible. According to Disney Parks Blog, the burger consists of flame-grilled angus beef, deep-fried mozzarella sticks, American cheese, bacon, and garlic ranch sauce. The burger even has “The Incredibles” logo on top which is great for snapping pictures and posting on Instagram. Guests can find this entree at quick-service location Cosmic Rays Starlight Cafe for $14.99.
2. “No Capes, Just Crêpes” Crêpe Sundae
Inspired by Edna Mode, guests can get their hands on two new crêpe sundaes available from Auntie Gravity’s Galactic Goodies in Tomorrowland for $6.99. According to Disney Parks Blog, the first is a chocolate-hazelnut crêpe topped with ice cream and berries and the second is a blackberry-lavender jam crêpe topped with ice cream and fruit-flavored cereal. According to Cast Members at this location, the millennial pink milkshake has been discontinued in order to make room for these new crêpe creations.
3. The Super Foods Salad
If one is looking for healthier food options, Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe is home to the Super Foods Salad. According to the menu on Disney’s website, this salad consists of chilled grilled chicken alongside a kale salad mix with avocado, quinoa and blueberries tossed in balsamic vinaigrette dressing. This salad costs $11.99 and can be made vegan upon request.
4. Incredible Pretzel Mask
This new Incredible Pretzel Mask is a new twist on the classic Mickey Mouse pretzel. According to Disney Parks Blog, this soft pretzel is topped with black salt and can be paired with cheese sauce or yellow mustard. This pretzel is available at The Lunching Pad in the heart of Tomorrowland for $5.69.
More Incredible Fun
In addition to the new foods guests can try at the Incredible Tomorrowland Expo, until September 3rd, guests can enjoy exclusive character sightings, dance parties, and diaper races. While Mr. Incredible, Mrs. Incredible, Frozone, and Edna Mode do not have scheduled meet and greet times, guests can get up close and personal to these characters during a dance party by the stage in Tomorrowland. Disney is known for hosting events like this one to promote different movies and characters and the food choices are one of the best ways to immerse yourself in the fun!
