Once school starts up again in September, our schedules often get so busy that we can't even make time for a simple meal in the morning. This is a bad habit as I'm sure you've all heard plenty of times, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Here is a list of easy breakfast recipes that you can either make the night before or quickly whip up in the morning right before school.

1. Gluten-free Vegan Breakfast Cookies

Who wouldn't jump at the chance to have a cookie for breakfast while knowing you are consuming something nutritious at the same time? These breakfast cookies are packed with oats, flax seed, and banana which can all be found in a typical breakfast.

Quiche and muffins are both breakfast staples but this recipe combines them both into one delicious bite. They can be made ahead of time, frozen, and then simply reheated whenever you are in the mood to have one of these for breakfast.

There's nothing better than a breakfast that magically comes together while you sleep. The chocolate and peanut butter combination of these oats make it seem like you are having Reese's for breakfast.

Avocado toast doesn't have to cost you a house. It's easy enough to make at home that anyone can do it and doesn't take much time either. Making it yourself saves you both money and time on those busy mornings.

The only thing better than one big bagel is three cute mini bagels. Smaller versions of a bagel mean you can have it more than one way at the same time. Bring these mini bagels with you to class and watch your classmates get jealous (you may have to share).

A burrito is an easy breakfast to carry when you're on the go. This burrito has eggs and veggies making it seem almost like an omelette wrapped in a tortilla. The main difference is you can eat this with one hand while you can't do the same with an omelette.

Given all these breakfast options you have, it doesn't make sense to skip breakfast in the morning before school. With these quick and easy breakfast recipes, you have no excuse for leaving the house without a meal.
