Gluten-Free Vegan Breakfast Cookies

Mash two large, ripe bananas (about a cup) with the snap of a finger.
Add cinnamon, salt, and flax seeds into the bowl and mix it all together.
With your hands form the dough into individual balls and press your thumb into the cookies to form a well. Then add a tablespoon of jam or however much you prefer – you do you.
Bake cookies at 350°F for 11 to 13 minutes until edges are firm.
Let cookies cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
