Here’s What You Can Eat At Allegiant Stadium For Super Bowl XVIII

Those of us who watch the Super Bowl at home will prepare what we consider to be Super Bowl food on Sunday — wings, nachos, mozzarella sticks, pigs-in-a-blanket, and pizza. But if you’re actually going to be at Allegiant Stadium for Super Bowl XVIII, the food is going to be next level.

What food will be at the Super Bowl?

The food vendors at Allegiant, like Neon Dog, BBQ Mexicana, and Fuku, will still be there selling the classics. But Silver & Black hospitality is the food and beverage partner of the Las Vegas Raiders and Allegiant stadium, and it is behind some of the more exclusive new foods coming to the Super Bowl this year.

Suite ticket holders are going to get seafood towers of crab legs and lobster, and wagyu beef, according to Julia Lombardi, Silver & Black vice president of operations. “They’ll get the ultimate Vegas steakhouse experience,” she told KLAS. Regular seat holders will still get some amazing new foods, plus the classics and some good deals — a Super Bowl XVIII popcorn bucket, and a $2.99 hot dog deal.

Las Vegas is a foodie city, so Silver & Black had a tall order to fill. The company mostly drew local inspiration, with Mexican flavors and street food styles combined with seafood. In the food and beverage preview for the media that took place yesterday at Allegiant stadium, here are the dishes that Silver & Black revealed:

A wedge of Vegas salad

Wedge lettuce topped with smoked bacon, hardboiled egg, croutons, heirloom tomato, and buttermilk blue cheese dressing.

BBQ Mexicana burnt ends burrito

Smoked brisket, chipotle aioli, cilantro coleslaw, red rice, Mexican cheese, house spicy BBQ sauce, and BBQ chips all rolled into a massive burrito.

“Breakfast for Dinner”

Brined and breaded fried chicken topped with melted butter, served on a sugar waffle with a maple syrup pipette.

Carved massive 2 lb. lobster tail

Served with lobster sauce and clarified butter.

Colossal double stuffed potato

A giant Russet potato stuffed with cheddar cheese, sour cream, scallions, and topped with sea salt and fresh cracked pepper.

Dirt Dog House Dog

A bacon-wrapped hot dog served on a lobster roll and topped with grilled veggies and bacon bits.

Fuku jumbo chicken tenders and impossible nuggets

Fuku’s jumbo chicken tenders or impossible nuggets are served with waffle fries and kimchi mayo.

King Crab Legs

They’re huge. That’s all.

LA street dog

A hotdog on a homemade bun topped with green chili, jalapenos, grilled vegetables, bacon bits, and hot sauce.

Loaded Asada Fries

Steak fries topped with carne asada, queso blanco, avocado crema, and pico de gallo.

“Sunday Sundae”

A griddled large doughnut topped with ice cream, sprinkles, whipped cream, spun sugar, caramel sauce, strawberries, caramelized marshmallow, and a chocolate football. This is a Silver & Black exclusive.

Surf and turf nachos

Tortilla chips topped with queso blanco, pico de gallo, grilled lemon, grilled jalapeno, filet mignon, lobster meat, and a cilantro sprig, served with a Super Bowl XVIII shot glass filled with salsa. This is a Silver & Black exclusive.

Ultimate seafood stuffed potato

A baked potato topped with lobster mac & cheese, grilled lemon, king crab legs, lobster meat, chives, and beurre fondue. This is a Silver & Black exclusive.

Three signature cocktails created by Silver & Black mixologist Tony Abou-Ganim will also be served at Allegiant, including the Sin City Sour.
