How to Make Flourless Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at UFL chapter.

This cookie recipe is for those who love chocolate chip, oatmeal and peanut butter cookies equally, and while it may seem like a lot of different flavors to put into one tiny cookie, I promise it’ll be hard to stop shoveling them into your mouth.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Brianna Ellis

Preheat oven to 350° F and spray your baking sheet.

  2. Brianna Ellis

In a small bowl, mix together the peanut butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract and egg. Mix until smooth.

  3. Brianna Ellis

Add oats, baking soda and chocolate chips. Gently fold these ingredients in with a spoon until thoroughly combined.

  4. Brianna Ellis

Roll cookies into tablespoon-sized balls and place on the baking sheet.

  5. Brianna Ellis

Pop them into the oven for 10 minutes and enjoy when cooled! (Or, as my co-baker did, start eating them while they are still 350° and pretend it’s okay.)

See, a three-in-one cookie that isn’t awful for you – with no flour or butter, these cookies have no right to taste as good as they do. Happy baking!
