To make things even better, make ahead smoothies ensure that a yummy and healthy meal can be a no-brainer, even on your busiest mornings. Each of these recipes can be tossed in your blender to create a tasty grab-and-go meal in minutes.

#SpoonTip: When making these smoothies, simply put all the ingredients into a bag and store in the fridge or freezer for later use.

1. Blueberry Chia
