Can you ever really get sick of grilled cheese? It's the quickest, easiest, and most satisfying meal that can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It's an ooey-gooey, crispy-crunchy, warm and cozy sandwich you can enjoy whenever and you can make it in five minutes.  1. Clothing Iron Grilled Cheese

Christin Urso

This one is for all the students living in dorm rooms with no kitchen. I lived kitchenless in my first year and I definitely know the struggles of trying to cook with no appliances. I wish I knew I could make a grilled cheese with a clothing iron in my first year. Then I would have been able to eat something besides cereal for my entire exam season when I was too busy to leave my room.

2. Tomato-Bacon Grilled Cheese

The name says it all. You only need cheese, tomato, bacon, bread and butter for this grilled cheese recipe. Barely any prep time and a 10-minute cook time. Why wouldn't you make this right now? Just make sure the bacon's cooked before you put it in the sandwich.

3. Caprese Grilled Cheese

I know I said grilled cheese can be breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but I was wrong. It can also be dessert. This blackberry grilled cheese is basically cheesecake between two pieces of bread. Honestly, I would take this grilled cheese over a slice of cake any day.

7. Pumpkin Grilled Cheese

Fall is over but we're not over pumpkin. This pumpkin grilled cheese will bring you right back to the warm and cozy feeling of fall without the gross weather. Even though this recipe requires a few more ingredients that your average grilled cheese, most of them are spices you probably have in your cupboard.

8. Kylie Jenner's Grilled Cheese

The KarJenners bless us with a lot of food hacks and recipes, but Kylie's cooking secrets are by far the most relatable. She is truly a master in the kitchen and blew all of our minds with her strange but easy additions to simple meals like ramen and grilled cheese. The secret ingredients: salt and pepper. Kind of weird, but we're here for it.

9. Brie and Apple Grilled Cheese

This is another easy grilled cheese recipe that's so sweet it could be a dessert. The creamy Brie cheese goes perfectly with the crunchy apple and a few fall spices like clove and cinnamon really tie the whole sandwich together. I am forever craving this grilled cheese.

I guarantee you have cinnamon and sugar somewhere in your cupboards, so dig it out and make this.

If you haven't tried goat cheese in grilled cheese, do it. It's creamy and tangy—everything you could possibly want in your grilled cheese. 15. Mac and Cheese Grilled Cheese

Jayna Goldstein

This one may seem daunting, but it's as easy as making a box of mac and cheese and then transferring it into a sandwich. It might take a little longer than usual because you have to cook the pasta, but it's insanely easy. Whip up this crazy grilled cheese creation to impress your friends and your taste buds.

#SpoonTip: Use microwavable Easy Mac instead of boxed mac and cheese for an even quicker meal.

16. Tater Tot Grilled Cheese

If you have a waffle iron, this grilled cheese recipe might be the easiest thing you'll ever make. Even easier than waffles because there's no batter required. Simply put the tater tots in with cheese and some optional toppings, and you've got yourself a grilled cheese with potatoes as the bread. Sounds pretty good to me.
