As a college freshman, quick, tasty desserts are my JAM. Ask any of my roommates what they did on any given day, and there’s a 90% chance that they’ll say “bake.” I don’t blame them! Here are some of my favorite 30-minute desserts anyone can make in a pinch.

Most of these are pretty healthy as well (either vegan, gluten-free, paleo, or a mix of all) so there's something for everyone here. Plus, two of these 30 minute desserts are from by blog, Danielle's Kitchen, which features vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and paleo recipes that make you feel good, taste delicious, and are incredibly easy to make.

1. Vegan Salted Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet

Danielle Clark

This vegan salted chocolate chip cookie skillet from Danielle’s Kitchen is straight cookie porn, especially with a gigantic scoop of ice cream on top. This cookie skillet is vegan, gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and requires just 30 minutes of your time. Plus, you probably have most of the ingredients on hand already.

2. Edible Pumpkin Spice Cookie Dough

Katherine Luo

Cookie dough is the ultimate dessert, especially when pumpkin spice is involved. This edible pumpkin spice cookie dough dip takes 10 minutes to make, requires minimal ingredients, and bonus points for when you add extra chocolate chips. Actually, that's not an option.

3. Blackberry Swirl Muffins

These are blackberry swirl muffins courtesy of Half Baked Harvest. Yup, I know what I'm making tonight! She's the queen of baking, and more importantly, the queen of delicious desserts. Plus, these muffins are naturally sweet, but are delicious and filled with flavor.

4. Microwave Brownies

Sooooo, brownies that are microwavable? SIGN ME UP. These take 21 minutes total, and require a microwave, a bowl, and an appetite. You know I'm down.

5. Banana "Nice Cream"

Jocelyn Hsu

If you're unfamiliar, "nice cream" is essentially frozen bananas blended with just a little bit of liquid (so the blender doesn't break) until it forms a thick, ice cream consistency. It's naturally sweet, filled with flavor, and is so versatile. These four flavors of nice cream—blueberry, peanut butter, pecan, and chocolate chip—are forever an easy, healthy dessert that tastes BOMB.

6. Vegan Banana Bread

Pazit Schrecker

Vegan banana bread, yes please! Less than 10 ingredients vegan banana bread? Even better. ALMOND BUTTER VEGAN BANANA BREAD? Now we're talking. Ready in 30 minutes, filled with flavor, and the best way to use up ripe bananas. Just don't blame me when the pan is gone in five minutes.

7. Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Blondies

Danielle Clark

Um yum... I’ll take all the peanut butter chocolate chip blondies from Danielle’s Kitchen. Move over brownies, blondies are where it's at. Plus, they're filled with peanut butter, chocolate, and all the good things in the world. Highly recommend you warm these up and serve them with ice cream for maximum food porn. Oh, and these are vegan and gluten-free, but don't tell the others.

8. Waffle Ice Cream Sandwiches

Do you have leftover waffles? Do you feel like upping your dessert game? Wanna do both? Try to make a waffle ice cream sandwich. These two waffle ice cream sandwiches—Oreo waffle (HECK YES) and maple pecan—are too die for. Plus, they take less than five minutes to whip up.

9. Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Jeanne Kessira

Avocado chocolate mousse is officially the trendiest dessert of 2017. Filled with healthy fats, sweetness, and flavor, this mousse is the perfect substitution to your nightly ice cream. Since it's no-bake and takes minimal time, I GUESS you can study at the same time.

10. Vegan Monkey Bread with Carmel Sauce

Have you heard of monkey bread? It's basically pull apart, extra sweet bread that's filled with sweetness and flavor. This 30-minute vegan monkey bread with caramel sauce is your next girl's night dessert. Serve it with some hot chocolate (or wine) and you're good to go!
