Matzo essentially tastes like tofu. It is traditionally eaten by Jewish people during Passover. Matzo also lacks flavor and thus easily takes on anything you pair it with making it extremely versatile.
Offer me plain matzo, and I will easily pass. Pair it with peanut butter and jelly, cook it into matzo brie, or form it into a matzo ball and I could eat it for days.
This matzo bark recipe is similar to the traditional recipe, which combines butter, brown sugar and chocolate, but it adds a new twist. By combining caramel, chocolate, peanut butter and nuts, you can win over the biggest matzo hater into loving this sweet treat. It’s perfect for your Passover Seder or simply as a snack when you need a little pick me up.
