Try This Simple Air Fryer Chocolate Lava Cake

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at St. John’s chapter.

If you’ve finally purchased your very own air fryer, I’m sure you’re always looking for ways to use it. As an avid dessert lover, I wanted to get my money’s worth and see what I could make with this new appliance.

I stumbled upon this recipe for a chocolate lava cake, but as much as I love eating lava cake, I was nervous and unsure about actually making my own. Surprisingly, this recipe was quick and easy, and turned out delicious.

This recipe uses ramekins, which are very easy to find, if you don’t have your own yet.

Remove the cakes from the air fryer and let them cool for 5 minutes. Use a butterknife around the edge of the cake and flip it out onto a plate. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy.

This delectable dessert is the perfect way to treat yourself and impress others with your baking skills. The cake was seriously delicious and will definitely become a staple in my house.
