    Ingredients

  • 9 oz white chocolate
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1.2 oz. freeze dried blueberries
  • Sprinkles optional

  • Step 1

    Grind the freeze dried blueberries to a powder using a coffee grinder or food processor.

    Bring the heavy cream to a simmer then remove from the heat. Add the butter and powdered blueberries to the heavy cream, then stir until completely combined.

    Chop the white chocolate and add the heavy cream mixture. Mix together until all of the white chocolate is melted.

    Cool the chocolate mixture to room temperature. Then, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight.

    Scoop out the mixture once chilled and roll into golf-ball sized balls.
