Biting into a juicy ShackBurger is too good to be true. There is almost no comparison to the savory burgers that the New York-based burger chain produces (unless you count In-N-Out, but the winner has yet to come to a unanimous decision). Shake Shack’s claim to fame is the ShackBurger, which is equipped with the creamy and flavorful sauce called “Shack Sauce”—and it’s seriously addicting.
For the unlucky individuals who live too far away from a Shake Shack, I created a recipe for the ShackBurger that tastes almost exactly like the real thing. Now you can treat yourself to a fresh ShackBurger at the comfort of your home and skip the long lines for those days that you are too lazy to go out.

Ingredients
Instructions
Take the two pounds of meat and create 8 equal patties. Set aside and put them in the freezer for about 15 minutes. The colder the meat, the better the sear on the pan.
Combine the mayonnaise, pickle juice, ketchup, mustard, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl. Set aside.
After the meat has cooled, coat a pan with cooking spray and heat pan until hot. Coat the meat with salt and pepper to taste and place on hot pan. Flatten meat and cook to desired level of doneness.
Assemble your hamburger buns with lettuce, tomato, cheese and the sauce made in step 2.
Dig in and enjoy your very own shake shack burger from the comfort of your own home.
