If you are among those who fantasize about beautiful and colorful looking smoothies but never had the time to try them – then hey we belong in the same kind!

Smoothies provide various health benefits such as improving the immune system, promoting weight loss, and it’s a great energy booster too. It is a great way for us to get the vitamins and fiber our body needs into our system.

You are probably tired of hearing this more than a thousand times and still prefer to eat McDonalds or Taco Bell for breakfast. I totally understand you, how is it possible to resist those hash browns!

I used to spend my mornings eating fast food for breakfast almost every other day until it caused me breakouts, and even constipation. One day, my housemate made me a banana smoothie and I fell in love with it, and was so stoked that it was just THAT easy to make.

I am sharing these 3 easiest breakfast smoothies to help those who think making breakfast is hard and time consuming, but want a delicious and healthy breakfast. These smoothie recipes are also super easy to make as most of them only require 3 basic ingredients.

Banana and Blueberry Smoothie

    This smoothie is my everyday go-to for breakfast. It is a classic smoothie and you can’t possibly go wrong with bananas. This smoothie is a great energy booster, good for soothing digestion, and prevents muscle cramps. Just a glass will satisfy you until your first class in the morning is over. The blueberry yogurts are the ones with real blueberries in it. You can substitute the yogurt with real blueberries or any other yogurt of your choice. It will still taste great.

    Triple Berry Smoothie

      Berries are such great fruits and they can never go wrong with smoothies. The three types of berries are raspberry, blackberries, and blueberries. These berries are packed with good nutrients. They help with our digestive system, thus makes a good detox smoothie. Its really easy to get triple berries too. They are usually packed together and frozen. You could get the fresh ones too, but the frozen ones will do just good.

        I discovered this smoothie back when I was studying in Singapore. I found it totally unusual yet interesting to have an avocado in a smoothie. When I walked into the shop, there was a long line for this smoothie priced at $1. That’s pretty inexpensive, don’t you agree. That was when I knew I underestimated the power of avocado smoothie all this time. Avocado smoothies tend to be thicker and more filling.  The avocado provides healthy source of fat which is good for our body.

        Now, lets start blending!
