Sometime last year, I found out I was lactose intolerant. Just when I thought that a world without dairy seemed much bleaker, I was introduced to an alternative to regular ice-cream: Nice Cream.

Scoop into a bowl, top with nuts and enjoy immediately as a soft serve!
#SpoonTip: For a creamier texture, add coconut milk. To make the ice cream easier to scoop after freezing, you can add about 1 tbsp of vodka.
