Slay Your Next Brunch With This Easy Puff Pancake

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at St. Mary's chapter.

So, you love brunch. We do too. Going to restaurants and patiently waiting for that delicious plate of eggs Benedict while sipping bottomless mimosas is a more than satisfying way to spend your weekend. If you have access to a kitchen, cooking brunch at home can be a fun way for you to socialize without having to put on pants or leave a tip.

This puffy pancake is perfect for a crowd. It rises in the oven and puts on its own little show. Plus, it only takes 20 minutes to bake, which means more time for cocktails. Thanks, science.

#SpoonTip: The OJ can be substituted for orange liqueur for an extra kick.

  2. Preheat the oven to 425°F.

  3. Unwrap the stick of butter and place it in a 13×9 baking pan. Put the pan in the oven while it preheats to melt the butter.

My favorite foods are pizza and chicken nuggets. My goals in life are to get a doctorate degree, become a licensed bartender, and never have to explain to anyone why I am a fan of Beyoncé again.
