This 3-Ingredient Artichoke Dip Is Worthy of Any Tailgate

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Denison chapter.

I know what you’re thinking, “Where’s the spinach?” This is probably one of the only times you will ever ask that, but hear me out. This simple artichoke dip is one of the best I’ve ever had (and no, not just because I made it).

My mom and I have been making this for as long as I can remember and every time we go to a party with friends or family, this dip is always requested. It’s cheesy, creamy, and keeps everyone going back for more. Although it tastes like we spent hours in the kitchen, little do they know this recipe is only made up of three ingredients and takes no time at all to make.
