    Ingredients

  • 2 butternut squash or the squash your choosing
  • 6 eggs
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

    Preheat your oven to 400° and cut your squash into one-inch wide rings and scoop out the seeds with a spoon.
