Red Velvet Oreo Truffle Browines

    Ingredients

  • 1 box red velvet cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups butter
  • 2 bags milk chocolate chips
  • 1 package Oreos
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • Step 2

    Mix together red velvet cake mix, eggs, and 1/2 cup melted butter. Then bake for 15-18 mins.

  • Step 3

    Crush Oreos into fine crumbs, and mix together with 1 cup melted butter. Pour over baked red velvet brownies and gently press down.

  • Step 4

    Pour boiled heavy cream over milk chocolate chips. Stir together until chocolates chips completely melt. Pour over Oreo layer.

  • Step 5

    Pour another bag of chocolate chips on top of the Oreo layer.

  • Step 6

    Refrigerate for 30-45 mins.

  • Step 7

    Cut into bars and enjoy!
