Here's How To Make A Tailgate Tray
The following excerpt and recipe for a Tailgate Tray is from Frances Largeman-Roth's new cookbook "Everyday SnackTray," available now on Amazon.
If you’re a fan of chicken wings, feel free to add them to this tray. And if you end up serving regular and vegan blue cheese dressing, just add a little sign to designate which is which.
• Buffalo Cauliflower Bites (featured recipe below)
• Blue cheese dressing
• Stuffed mushrooms
• Pizza, cut into small wedges
• Cucumber spears
• Cherry tomatoes
• Baby bell peppers
• Baby carrots
• Hummus or other bean dip
• Potato and/or tortilla chips
• Mini peanut butter cups
• Yogurt-covered pretzels or yogurt-covered almonds
• M&M’s in the colors of your favorite team (Yes, I’m a Bills fan!)
Even if you love chicken wings, I encourage you to give these vegan cauliflower bites ago. They have the same satisfying flavor as wings, without the chicken or the mess.
