Instead of going to class tired and hungry, make these delicious and caffeinated dark chocolate, almond and dried cranberry granola bars - ingredients proved to benefit your diet.
The recipe makes seven servings... you'll have breakfast planned out for everyday of the week!

In less than ten steps, you will be ready to conquer that dreadful morning class you've been debating on skipping. Since the good ol' days of preschool, we have been told that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Now, you can make your mom proud by eating breakfast every morning at a low cost and low maintenance, yet high in nutritional value.
Caffeinated Granola Bars

- 8 ounces yogurt
- 1 ½ tablespoons instant coffee powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped almonds
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup chopped dark chocolate
Ingredients

Step 1
Mix together yogurt, instant coffee and vanilla extract.

Add in oats and fold into mix.

Spray baking sheet and spread batter into desired thickness.

Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
