For the entire month of July, Krispy Kreme is celebrating “Free-dom” with free doughnuts on Tuesdays in July and free iced coffee of any size on Fridays for rewards members with any purchase.
This “sweet deal” starts July 2 with Krispy Kreme’s three Star Spangled Sweetness collection doughnuts, then transitions to the Kit Kat collection the following week, and the remaining flavors will be a surprise that will be revealed on Krispy Kreme’s social media accounts.
What doughnuts are free?
The Star Spangled Sweetness Collection features three doughnuts — Firework Cookies and Kreme, Cotton Candy Sparkler, and Freedom Flag. The Firework Cookies and Kreme is an unglazed doughnut stuffed to the brim with Cookies and Kreme filling. Showcasing patriotism for the month, Krispy Kreme has designed the treat with red icing, some blue loops, and a rocket candy to top it off. The Cotton Candy Sparkler shines bright from its glaze, blue dipped icing, and glistening cotton candy sugar. Topping off the goodie, is a dollop of red and white buttercream in the center. Finally, Freedom Flag is a glazed doughnut that showcases the American Flag with iced red and white stripes and a dusting of blue and gold star sprinkles.
If you're looking for a sweet that blends soft fluffy dough with a bit of a crunch, the Kit Kat Crunch doughnut from the Kit Kat Collection could be the perfect option. The chocolate-heavy donut is dipped in Hershey’s milk chocolate icing and covered with Kit Kat crumbles and chocolate crispies. The Kit Kat Cookie Dream is an unglazed doughnut is filled with cookie dough-flavored cream and is once again dipped in Hershey's milk chocolate.
