Blueberry muffins are always a crowd pleaser, and these are particularly good due to the streusel topping. But why don't you make them even more patriotic by adding some dried cranberries or cherries to the mix and whipped creme on top?

Reminiscent of the sparklers of your childhood, these fruit sticks are a nice break from the heavier brunch dishes.

8. 4th of July Fruit Parfaits

Sometimes you just need a healthy option and this 4th of July fruit parfait is here to help. Instead of making it beforehand, have a parfait bar and allow your guests to make their own patriotic parfaits.

9. Red, White and Blue Soda

As a non-alcoholic option, this red, white and blue soda is as refreshing as it is pretty. Kool Aid ice cubes gives the soda its multi-colored appearance, and Sprite lends its fruitiness to quench your thirst.
