People constantly refer to the 90s for its fashion sense from Friends, music from Green Day or Blink-182, and popular celebrities like David Bowie or Brooke Shields. But a famous person synonymous with the 90s is Pamela Anderson. Straight off her Netflix documentary Pamela, a love story, Anderson is turning to the kitchen to show off her cooking skills with a cooking show.

The show will take place in Anderson’s Canadian west coast home with guest chefs who will create vegan meals with her. Filming for the show will take place in the summer of 2023. Corus Studio and Food Network Canada is tentatively titling this show Pamela’s cooking with love. This show will be an eight episode limited series filled with vegan recipes and produce from her own garden.

In previous interviews, Anderson has explained she loves rice, salads, and always has nutritional yeast on hand along with her cooking tools such as a rice cooker or an InstaPot. In 2015, Anderson created a website called, The Sensual Vegan, which has since been taken down, where she shared some of her recipes with the public including vegan cupcakes.

Anderson has been a vegetarian since she was a little girl after seeing her dad, a hunter, deal with his “trophy” of a deer. She has been a vegan for over 30 years, starting in her early 20s. Throughout her life she has advocated for animal rights — photographing and working with PETA, writing to governments, petitioning against bullfighting, and more.
