These Halloween Trick Or Treat Bucket Cocktails Are Massive & Delicious

I know that being in college and in your early 20s means you *technically* shouldn’t dress up and go trick-or-treating for candy. While it is a bummer, you don’t have to throw out your adorable plastic pumpkin trick-or-treat bucket. Instead, you can make your own Halloween trick-or-treat bucket cocktail. Basically, it’s time for Borgs to move over, at least for this holiday.

Plus, you can even add some of your favorite Halloween candy to the top to make it extra spooky. Here are just a few TikTok bucket cocktail ideas you can make for your upcoming Halloween party or horror movie marathon.

#SpoonTip: Drinking can be fun, but be responsible. Spoon does not promote binge or underage drinking. Stay safe!

Dry Ice Vodka Soda

If you’re not into specific recipes, you can measure with your heart, just like food influencer Elliott Norris. Here, he combined vodka, Squirt, lime wedges, energy drink, cranberry cocktail, margarita mix, food coloring, and gummy worms over dry ice. You definitely can just stick with a typical vodka cranberry in lieu of all of these ingredients.

#SpoonTip: It is safe to add dry ice to your cocktails and drink the liquid. Just make sure to use tongs or gloves when handling dry ice, and do not swallow dry ice chunks.

Fireball Apple Cocktail

If you’re a Moscow mule person, this is the elevated Halloween cocktail for you. Fill your bucket up with ice, add in a whole can of ginger beer with a shot of Fireball Cinnamon Whisky, then mix in a small can of pineapple juice. Top with fresh apple slices and a fresh squeeze of lime. For extra fun, add in some caramel apple suckers and Fireball shooters.

Fruity Cocktail

If cinnamon flavors in your drink are not your vibe, you can get super fruity with your Halloween trick-or-treat bucket cocktail. Fill your bucket with ice, then add in a shot of Malibu and a shot of vodka. Then add in a juice of your choice. This creator used cranberry mango juice. Top off with ginger ale, your choice of frozen fruit and sour gummy candy, then you are set to enjoy your Halloween night with a restaurant-quality cocktail.

Spooky Rum Punch

Just because it’s fall doesn’t mean we have to give up our summer drinks. Get tropical with your Halloween trick-or-treat bucket cocktail this year. Mix your rum(s) of choice in a bucket full of ice with pineapple juice, orange juice, and lemon-lime soda. Stir in a bit of grenadine, top with cherries and a little umbrella, and you’ll be transported to the beach in October.
