Attend A Dinner Party At Anna Sorokin’s Manhattan Apartment, Thanks To New Reality Show

Out of prison, Anna Sorokin, a Russian-born con artist who posed as a wealthy German heiress to steal fortunes from friends, banks, and hotels during her time in New York City, is filming a new reality TV show. Currently under house arrest, she won’t be going far. The show will be filmed from her East Village apartment in New York City as she hosts swanky dinner parties complete with an impressive guest list and candid discussions.

Wait. Who is Anna Sorokin?

Sorokin, who inspired the Netflix miniseries Inventing Anna, used a fake persona (Anna Delvey) to eventually steal an estimated $275,000. In 2017, she was arrested and eventually charged with attempted grand larceny in the first degree, grand larceny in the second degree, grand larceny in the third degree, and theft of services.

What is Anna Sorokin/Delvey’s reality show about?

Since her release from prison on good behavior in 2021, Sorokin has been staying busy inside her Manhattan home while under house arrest. Tentatively named Delvey’s Dinner Club, her new venture will be conveniently filmed in her apartment and is set to feature some of Sorokin’s dream guests who may include Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas, Elon Musk, Madonna, Serbian artist Marina Abramovic, lawyer and former Secretary of State Cyrus Vance, and novelist Ottessa Moshfegh. Of course, the food will all be catered by private chefs, while we can guess that only the fanciest sparkling wine will be served.

What will guests of Delvey’s Dinner Club talk about?

Discussions over dinner will include a wide array of issues, including Sorokin’s personal experience with the criminal justice system and her plans to rebuild her public image. “There’s nothing like the experience of bringing together a curated group of friends to share life stories and enjoy a great culinary experience,” Sorokin shared in a press release shared with E! News.

Where can I watch Delvey’s Dinner Club?

The series doesn’t have a home yet, as an independent studio is making it happen, but hopefully we will see Anna sipping Champagne on screens very soon.
