Caffeinated Granola Bars

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Buffalo chapter.

Most of us in college know the struggle of being plagued with an 8 am class. Being up before the dining services open on campus, a lot of us won’t be able to get food until lunch time, or even later. If you can’t get your Starbucks fix before your 8 am, we have your solution.

Instead of going to class tired and hungry, make these delicious and caffeinated dark chocolate, almond and dried cranberry granola bars – ingredients proved to benefit your diet.

The recipe makes seven servings… you’ll have breakfast planned out for everyday of the week!

What did we do?

In less than ten steps, you will be ready to conquer that dreadful morning class you’ve been debating on skipping. Since the good ol’ days of preschool, we have been told that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Now, you can make your mom proud by eating breakfast every morning at a low cost and low maintenance, yet high in nutritional value.
