Nowadays you can make scrambled eggs, mug cakes, rice crispy treats, sweet potatoes, noodles, lasagna, shrimp (trust me, I’ve done it), and even grilled cheese with just a few ingredients and a microwave. But have you ever stopped and asked how to make cookies in the microwave? Is there really even anything that a microwave can’t do?  

There’s no better way of saying this. Cookies, that you have to wait basically nothing before getting your hands on them, microwave-friendly, and dorm-room-friendly, can easily be your next best friend. With this recipe, you’ll be able to skip all the hassle of baking an entire batch of cookies when you’re only craving one.

    To make this simple recipe, all you need is a mug, a plate, and a microwave. In a mug, combine all the dry ingredients together (oats, flour, baking powder, sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon).
