These Fall Pumpkin Chocolate-Chip Cookies Are Just Plain Fun

Everyone loves a great chocolate chip cookie. This cookie is the best of both worlds with the pumpkin flavor and chocolate chips.  If you enjoy pumpkin flavored desserts like pumpkin cheesecake or pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving, then this pumpkin chocolate chip cookie recipe is for you! 

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.

    Mix softened butter, white and brown sugar, beat the eggs in one at a time, and mix in the vanilla and pumpkin.

    In a separate bowl mix in the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Slowly mix in this mixture into the batter and then fold in the chocolate-chips.

    Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray or spread with softened butter. Scoop tablespoon sized amounts of batter onto the baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Let the cookies sit for 2 minutes and enjoy!
