You’re sweaty, tired, and probably putting off that English essay that’s due tomorrow. We get it, that’s why we’ve got the perfect simple smoothie recipe – it’s healthy, can be made right in your dorm room, and best of all, your taste buds will thank you for it.

Here’s an important tip about the bananasthe key is to peel and cut them up, put them in the freezer the night before, and take them out to thaw for a few minutes prior to putting them in the blender.
