Description

Hands Down one of the best pasta dishes I have made. This italian inspired recipe is perfect for every occasion, especially this fall! Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients

  • Seasonings & Pasta

Instructions

  1. In a pan, add all of the vegetables, lentils, and oil.
  2. Cook on a medium flame with the lid covered for 10 mins, stir frequently.
  3. Add ½ water, and continue cooking for 5-10 more mins(or until the lentils are cooked)
  4. Finish off with the tomato halves, and basil.
  5. Cook pasta, until desired consistency.
  6. Add the pasta and top with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
