Hollow out the middles of strawberries, and slice off the bottoms so they will stand.
Dissolve Jell-O powder in hot water, then add cold water and vodka.
Pour the mixture into the strawberries, and refrigerate until solid. Top with whipped cream when ready to serve.

Watermelon Slushie

Puree 4 cups of watermelon flesh, and freeze for 2 hours.
Blend frozen watermelon with lemon juice, vodka, and melon liqueur.
Serve in a tall glass.
