This summer, booze-filled popsicles have become a popular treat. There are variations of these pops available at stores all over the world. They come in a few flavors, from gin and tonic sorbet, sangria ice cream, and even vodka martini ice pops. However, since these are novelty items, they tend to be pricey and lack a wide array of flavors. Fortunately, learning how to make your own boozy popsicles at home is relatively easy, and a lot of recipes can be adapted to fit what is in your home liquor cabinet. Here are three of my boozy popsicle recipes they were inspired and adapted from recipes by The Bewitchen Kitchen, The Noshery and Practically Functional.
