The beginning of fall marks the onset of pumpkin spice fever. We all need our share of PSL’s and pumpkin pie, but after a few weeks, it becomes a bit of a pumpkin overload. Be a trend setter and switch it up with these amazing (non-pumpkin-flavored) fall desserts.

1. Gingersnaps

Whether they’re soft or crunchy, ginger snaps have a spicy kick that pairs perfectly with warm apple cider. If you’re feeling adventurous (and maybe aren’t sick of pumpkin already) check out these pumpkin butter pecan gingersnap rolls.
