Homemade Ice Cream You Can Make in Your Dorm

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Mines chapter.

If you’re like me, then you love pretty much all ice cream. I like trying new and exciting flavors, and one of the best ways to do this is by getting creative and making your own homemade ice cream! Most recipes, though, require a lot of steps, ingredients, equipment, and time that we college students don’t tend to have. This homemade no-churn ice cream required only three ingredients and is the innovation of the amazing Nigella Lawson and is simple enough to be made even in a dorm!
