Stuffed Puffs S’mores Brownies
There is nothing I love more than a rich and decadent brownie. Add marshmallows to the equation and you have a gooey masterpiece. Check out the recipe for these Stuffed Puffs s’mores brownies:
Prep Time: 45 Minutes | Serving: 12 Brownies
Ingredients:
-1 bag Stuffed Puffs® Filled Marshmallows
-1 boxed brownie mix
-⅓ cup vegetable oil
-2 eggs
-3 tablespoons water
-5 graham crackers, smashed into crumbs
-Cooking spray
Directions:
1. Cut Stuffed Puffs® Filled Marshmallows in half and place in the fridge or freezer to chill.
2. Heat oven to 350 F and grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together brownie mix, oil, eggs and water.
4. Transfer brownie mix to baking pan and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove brownies from oven. Coat top with a layer of Stuffed Puffs® Filled Marshmallows, cut side down.
5. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the top.
6. Return brownies to oven and bake 5-7 minutes longer or until tops begin to brown slightly.
7. Allow to cool slightly before cutting and serving while still warm.
2. Stuffed Puff’s S’mores Nachos
Nachos are the perfect party food because they are easy to make and can serve a lot of people. Next time you’re craving nachos, try these sweet s’mores nachos.
Prep Time: 20 Minutes | Serving: 14
Ingredients:
– 1 bag Stuffed Puffs® Classic Milk Chocolate Marshmallows
– 2 sleeves of graham crackers
– 2 cups of your favorite candy bars or other candy, cut into small pieces
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 F.
2. Place graham crackers from 1 sleeve into a zip lock bag. Seal the bag and use a rolling pin to crush the graham crackers.
Cut Stuffed Puffs® Filled Marshmallows in half.
3. Sprinkle half of the graham cracker crumbs over the bottom of an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
4. Evenly distribute half the marshmallows on top of the graham cracker crumbs, cut side down.
5. Fill in the gaps between the Stuffed Puffs® Filled Marshmallows with candy chunks.
6. Repeat steps 4-6 for a second layer of yum!
7. Bake at 350 F for 10-12 minutes until melted and slightly golden at spots.
8. While nachos bake, break remaining graham crackers into small rectangles. Insert them evenly along the edges of the dish for dipping once it is out of the oven. Serve while warm!
3. Stuffed Puffs S’mores Tacos
Take Taco Tuesday to the next level with these Stuffed Puffs s’mores tacos. If you’re looking for a spin on the classic s’more, these tacos will definitely do the trick.
Prep Time: 10-15 Minutes | Serving: 1 Taco
Ingredients:
-2 Stuffed Puffs®️ Classic Milk Chocolate Marshmallows per “taco”
-1 frozen waffle (or homemade Belgian waffle if you’re feeling fancy)
-Brownie bites (if you have, but you can also make without)
-Sprinkle of cinnamon sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Lay the waffle flat on a clean, dry surface. Use a rolling pin to flatten the waffle as much as possible.
3. Carefully hang the waffle over one grate of an oven rack, so it resembles the shape of an upside-down taco.
4. Bake it until crispy and firm, about 5 minutes.
5. Remove taco and let cool and harden.
6. On a baking sheet, place your shell and add brownie and Stuffed Puffs® Filled Marshmallows.
7. Toast in the oven for about 5 minutes.
8. Remove tray and sprinkle cinnamon sugar along the top for an added sweet treat.

4. Dalonga S’mores Whipped Coffee
You’ve probably seen the viral whipped coffee on your Instagram feed and this is the time to try it out and spruce up your morning coffee or late-night dessert.
Prep Time: 5 Minutes | Serving: 1 Cup
Ingredients:
-1 Stuffed Puffs® Classic Milk Chocolate Marshmallow
-2 tablespoons granulated sugar
-2 tablespoons instant coffee
-2 tablespoons boiling water
-Ice, for serving
-Milk, for serving
Directions:
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, place 1 Stuffed Puffs® Classic Milk Chocolate Marshmallow in the microwave for approximately 7 seconds to melt.
2. In a medium bowl, combine melted Stuffed Puffs®, sugar, coffee and water. Vigorously whisk (with either a hand or electric mixer) until mixture turns silky smooth and shiny.
3. Continue whisking until it thickens and holds its lofty, foamy shape.
4. Fill a glass most of the way with ice and milk, then dollop and swirl the whipped coffee mixture on top, mixing before drinking, if desired.

-1 (12 ounce) bag white chocolate chips
-5-inch bamboo lollipop sticks
-Toppings of your choice: We recommend rainbow sprinkles, coconut shavings & fruity pebbles for a fun and playful flavor mix or try chocolate and pistachios for a richer, more indulgent option!
Directions:
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until completely melted.
