Traditional Crepes Sweet or Plain

    Mix all of the ingredients together and add in the milk slowly. It’s easier to mix with a wooden spoon. The batter will be very liquidy.

    To make the batter sweet, add in 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla.

    Heat up a medium sized frying pan (nonstick is preferable) with the oil. When it is hot, add in some of the batter and spread around the pan in a circular motion until it forms a thin layer.
