These vegan banana chia breakfast muffins are the perfect go-to! Not only are they packed with nutrients, but these muffins will keep you full and able to focus on what’s most important! 

Vegan Banana Nut Chia Seed Muffins

    Preheat the oven to 375° and line a muffin pan with liners

  2. Christin Urso

    Mix together the chia seeds and water, then set aside to set up

  3. Claire Waggoner

    Mix together the melted coconut oil and maple syrup

    Add the bananas and the chia seed mixture, mix well until combined

    Add baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and water, then mix until combined
