For those of you out there looking for an easy, healthy, and scrumptious to recipe to take advantage of apple season, you’re in luck because here it is!

Melissa’s modified F-Factor Apple Crumble

    Preheat oven to 350°. Coat baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

    In a bowl combine cracker crumbs, powder, lemon juice cinnamon, splenda, vanilla extract, and coconut oil

    Chop the apples and place them evenly across the baking dish.

    Spread the crumble mixture evenly on top of the apples.

    Bake for 30 – 40 minutes, or until apples are soft.
