We all know those summer days when it’s too hot to even move. So why turn on the oven when you can cook up a perfect pizza on the grill? This grilled pizza recipe is so easy and delicious that I make some variation of it every week. You can switch it up with different sauce and topping combinations–and you can even make it vegan by using vegan cheese. Here’s how to make it:

Instructions
Turn on your grill.
Stretch out your pizza dough and coat both sides with olive oil.
When your grill gets to around 450º, transfer the dough to the grill and close the top.
Cook for around 5 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown. Then flip the pizza.
Add the sauce of your choice.
Spread shredded cheese
Add your other toppings and cook for 5 more minutes (or until the cheese is fully melted.)
And you’re done!
