Buffalo chicken is a staple at any game day. If you’re looking to mix up your menu, try buffalo cauliflower instead. It will definitely be a surprise to your guests when a breaded veggie is underneath that familiar, spicy sauce.

    Chop a head of cauliflower into small florets.

    Bread the florets with your preferred breading technique. The best bet is flour, egg, breadcrumbs. If you want to add a little spice, mix some crushed red pepper flakes in the breadcrumbs.

    Spread the florets out on a lined baking sheet. Place in a 350°F oven.

    Remove from the oven when florets are golden brown, around 25 minutes. Dunk each piece in your favorite buffalo sauce.
