Here are five infused water recipes that will help you drink more fluids before you start your day.

Blueberries are a great source of antioxidants. There is no preparation involved with blueberries, making them the perfect addition to your water bottle. Other waters may require added preparation, so this is perfect for someone in a rush in the morning.
2. Grapefruit Infused Water
Grapefruits offer many nutrients and vitamins and are the perfect fruit to add to your water to flush out any toxins in your body. If you love a tart flavor then this is the water for you. Add some rosemary and you are ready to go for 9 am spin class.
3. Kiwi Infused Water
Kiwis are loaded with essential vitamins and minerals that not only help you feel great inside but also help you look perfect on the outside, especially for glowy skin. To save time cut these up the night prior before adding to water.

Watermelon, mint, and cucumber are a great mix together. The benefits of these ingredients are endless. This delicious mix comes in number one on my list and is always a hit at parties or events.
