You Need To Start Adding Ice Cream To Your Espresso Martinis

The following recipe for Vietnamese Espresso Martini Shake is from Tastemade’s hit series, “All Up In My Grill” with Top Chef fan favorite, Dale Talde. The show can be watched on Tastemade.

Just in time for the Fourth of July, Tastemade’s hit series, All Up In My Grill, is back for its fourth season. Premiered earlier this month, Filipino-American celebrity chef and Top Chef fan favorite, Dale Talde, will be helping you become a grill master this year. With already two episodes out, Talde will continue to provide flavorful grilling recipes as well as tips and techniques that will help make manning the grill easier. This season’s recipes include Pho Burger with Bone Marrow and Pho Dip, Wok-grilled Duck with Drunken Peaches, Charred Watermelon Salad with Grilled Halloumi, Mint, Chilis & Lime, and a Vietnamese Espresso Martini Shake. The latter is the perfect drink to sip on after grilling a feast. Espresso martinis have become the drink of the summer, with the help of pop star Sabrina Carpenter’s hit song “Espresso.” The Vietnamese Espresso Martini Shake puts a refreshing spin on the cocktail featuring the ultimate summertime treat: ice cream.
