For all of these recipes, you'll need: a blender or single-serving smoothie maker (I used a food processor, which works just as well), a freezer (mini fridge freezer sections work), freezer baggies, and a major sweet tooth. Here are all of my favorite vegan ice cream flavor combos.

Fruit Prep 101

  • Prep Time:2 hrs
  • Cook Time:0
  • Total Time:2 hrs
  • Servings:1
  • Easy

    Ingredients

  • Any the following or a combo:
  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • 1 Ripe Mango
  • 1 Cup Fresh Watermelon - 1/2 a Small Watermelon
  • 1 Cup Fresh Pineapple - 1/3 a Pineapple
  • 1 Cup Fresh Berries
  • 1 Cup Your Favorite Freezable Fruit
  • Step 1

Cut your preferred fruit or fruits into bite-size chunks. Tip: The smaller they are, the quicker they'll freeze.

  • Step 2

Place fruit in a freezer-safe baggie in a single layer. Try to spread the fruit chunks out as much as possible to avoid clumping.

  • Step 3

Place baggie in a flat area of the freezer and let chill for 1-2 hours or until fruit is firm. Now you're ready to make ice cream!
