Vegan & Gluten-Free Edible Protein Cookie Dough

  1. Isabelle Hanlon

    In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

    Note: Maple syrup and coconut oil will not combine easily, this is ok

    Add in flour, protein powder, salt, and chocolate chips

    Place into container and serve by itself or freeze and roll into balls to serve as protein balls

Ta-Da! Now you have successfully made vegan & gluten free edible cookie dough. You can use pretzels, apple slices, and other favorites to dip into the cookie dough. 

All ingredients I used in this recipe are all my own personal preference, but any type of ingredient is acceptable.
