Winter is coming to an end, and you’re probably looking forward to the beach. Most people are going to start eating a lot of greens, but don’t forget that some spices, like turmeric, can be very good for your body.

You can turn to this recipe for a nutritious snack that will not only be tasty, but that also has many health benefits. Turmeric is a spice known for its anti-inflammatory properties. It’s often added in cooked foods, but you can actually make yummy but healthy Golden Milk with it.

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender. Preferably a high speed blender because you want that a smooth and creamy texture.

    #SpoonTip: If you want a thicker texture, replace the coconut milk with a coconut creamer. That will also add a little sweetness to the recipe.
