    Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2-3 frozen bananas
  • 2 teaspoons ground turmeric
  • 2 tablespoons chia seed or a mix chia and flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon peanut or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon to taste
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper to taste

    Put all the ingredients in a blender. Preferably a high speed blender because you want that a smooth and creamy texture.
